2. Eligibility To use our services, you must: Be at least 18 years oldProvide accurate and complete information Have a valid payment method

4. Fees and Payments Subscription Fees You agree to pay all monthly subscription fees associated with your selected plan Payments are billed automatically on a recurring basis Setup FeeA one-time setup fee may be required to activate your accountThis fee is non-refundable Payment Processing Payments are securely processed through Stripe or similar providers.

Credit Reporting Disclosure By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that: Payment activity may be reported through third-party partners to credit bureaus including Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. Reporting is not guaranteed and may vary Late or missed payments may negatively impact your credit.
6. No Guarantee of Results LockMate Credit™ does not guarantee:Any specific credit score increase Acceptance of reported data by credit bureaus Any financial outcome
7. User Responsibilities You agree to:Make payments on time Provide accurate personal informationUse the service in compliance with applicable laws
8. Cancellations and RefundsYou may cancel your subscription at any timeSubscription fees already paid are non-refundableSetup fees are non-refundable
9. Disputes and CorrectionsIf you believe information related to your account is inaccurate:Contact us first for reviewWe may coordinate with our third-party partnersYou may also have the right to dispute information directly with credit bureaus under applicable law.
10. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, LockMate Credit™ shall not be liable for:Changes in your credit scoreDecisions made by credit bureausErrors, delays, or omissions from third-party partnersAny indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
11. Compliance with LawWe operate in accordance with applicable laws, including the
Fair Credit Reporting Act.
12. Modifications to TermsWe reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
